1. Objectives and Background

F.A.B Solutions Pty Ltd T/as My Virtual Mentor is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs.

Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another client from being served. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted an appointment.

We are implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging our services.

2. Cancellation Process

We understand situations can arise in which you may choose to cancel your Subscription We request that you cancel with adequate notice as follows:

You may cancel by contacting us as follows:

(a) email at support@myvirtualmentor.com.au; or
(b) texting I wish to cancel my Subscription to 0415811131 (stating your name, contact number and member number)

We require a minimum of 14 days-notice of your intention to cancellation if you have a Subscription for Basic, Foundations or Built It – Slow & Steady Programs as follows:

(a) prior to the renewal of your monthly subscription period; or
(b) 14 days prior to the end of the first 30 days on commencing your Subscription (the 30-day money back guarantee period).

We require Same day notice of your intention to cancel by the end of the First (1st) day of immersion:

(a) If you are a member of the Fast Track – 6- or 12-month Program
Please inform us by 5.30PM to notify us of any changes or cancellations.

If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you may be charged the next monthly subscription fee, forfeit you right to the balance of the Fast Track 6 or 12 month annual program fee and/or any cancellation fees (see below).

2.1. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes late past your appointment we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which may incur cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation Fee

(a) The cancellation fee may be equal to Any professional expert fees and/or Administration Fees;
(b) The One-off registration fee of $97 is non-refundable;
(c) The balance of any annual program fee for Fast Track 6 or 12-month programs;

(d) The cancellation fee may be charged by Credit Card/ Paypal or any current automated payment supplier used at the time of enrollment.

(e) The cancellation fee may be deducted from any deposit or upfront fees paid (if any).

(f) The cancellation fee is the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full immediately (cancellation fees may be deducted from any funds paid and the balance may be reimbursed to the members nominated banking details) after
invoicing.

4. Acceptable circumstances for waiving cancellation fees

We understand that plans may change due to uncontrollable and external circumstances. Therefore, cancellation due to such circumstances may not incur a cancellation fee. Change of mind or unsupported claims outside of the cancellation process periods contained in clause 2 will not be considered without evidentiary proof. Having cancellation fees waived require approval from F.A.B Solutions Pty Ltd T/as My Virtual Mentor. In the event that such emergencies cannot be substantiated, the management of F.A.B Solutions Pty Ltd T/as My Virtual Mentor may consider a temporary suspension in services (for up to 3 months) for ongoing monthly Subscription programs or a re-enrolment at an alternative date for any Subscriptions or Services.

5. Refund policy

If the notice of cancellation is given 14 days for all ongoing subscription services. For all other services members must notify their intention to exit after the end of the first day’s immersion. A full refund may be considered less any fees noted in clause 3. Any Refund will be subject to the Member demonstrating that action has been taken in accordance with the Broker Business Blueprint program and that they have not achieved desired results (this MUST be quantified and time frame noted at the commencement of the Subscription Period).

Note: F.A.B Solutions Pty Ltd T/as My Virtual Mentor does not take into consideration the individual results expressed or marketed by any Expert Partner supporting the program as they are highly subjective as we cannot guarantee any outcomes as a result.

7. Agreement

Upon commencement of your Subscription you will be required to please sign that you have read, understood and consented to this Cancellation Policy. By signing, you understand that you are holding a spot and you may be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the policies contained in this document. Failure to comply may result in deferred services.
