Sylv (as she prefers) has 26 years of Accounting and Finance Experience and couldn't be more passionate about the Mortgage and Finance Broking Industry if she tried. She defines her "superpower" as a solution specialist - her unique ability to think outside the box defines her entrepreneurial mindset, bringing innovation, resourcefulness and impact to the lives of Brokers. MEET THE MARKETING MANAGER & ADMINISTRATOR Kimberley Valkanis
Kimberley has been passionate about the media industry since picking up her first camera at 16 in high school. Ever since, she’s been curious about everything in the media world. Either its photography, film, advertising or social media. After receiving a media award out of everyone in year 12, Kimberley knew she wanted to pursue a career in this field.
She then completed a diploma and degree at Deakin University, where she graduated with an overall Distinction. Kimberley has worked for various internships, gaining experience in the real world. From a restaurant to a dentist, she has learnt to communicate to different target audiences online.
If 2020 taught her anything, it would be how to market businesses, how to use social media to your advantage and utilising social media creatively in a way to connect with clients.
But if Kimberley could teach YOU anything, it would be to take advantage of all the little aspects that new media offers. In other words, “film yourself how much you love what you do and share it!”

Andrew a multi award winner, finalist and author is a seasoned veteran working in the Finance and Property industry for over twenty-two years. Thirteen of those years in Australia. His vast and varied experience has been gained whilst working for the largest non-bank and the largest mortgage manager in Australia during that time. He has also worked overseas in private wealth management on several continents.
